These Terms & Conditions govern your use of bbeautiful.co.za (the “Site”) and any purchase made through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
B Beautiful Bath & Body is a handmade bath and body products business based in Secunda, Mpumalanga, South Africa.
2. Products and pricing
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices and product availability at any time without notice. As our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, scent, and appearance between batches may occur.
3. Orders and payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Payment can be made via Payfast (card or instant EFT) or direct bank transfer. Orders paid by direct bank transfer will only be processed once payment reflects in our account.
4. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk in the products passes to you once they are delivered to the address you provided.

6. Intellectual property
All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to B Beautiful Bath & Body and may not be used without our permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
